1515 Restaurant

Today we got to tour the 1515 restaurant in downtown Denver located off of 15th street and Market street. 1515 is a fine dining restaurant with live music on the weekends. The restaurant has a stage on the first level next to the bar particularly for this. There are a total of 100 seats for dining, 60 seats for the bar area, and 25 to 30 seats for the underground lounge. There is also a banquet room on the second floor that can seat up to 60 guests. The total square footage of the restaurant is 9,000. The breakdown for the space is 3,000 for the basement, 3,000 for the kitchen area, and 3,000 for the dining area.
