He held me steady in his hand, my cold hilt cool against his warm sweaty palm. He held me still not to be obvious to my next victim, my pommel close to his thigh as to not yet be ready to strike. Then as the governors surrounded Caesar, at the opportune moment my master struck; my blade’s icy steel cut into Caesar’s unknowing flesh.
