Alocholism and Effects

Alcohol is a mental stimulant that triggers the limpix system of the primitive human brain to produce a chemical called dopamine. This give the body a pleasurable feeling and is created when the brain rewards us for doing something neccessary for survival such as sex or eating. People over time can become addicted to the feeling of having a chemical high from dopamine and become and alcoholic. Long-term effects of alcoholism include damage to the liver and kidneys.
