PROLOGUE

It was that time of year again,
The family had gathered and men could be men.
It was just one hour from kickoff
And the room was so loud you couldn’t hear a cough.
A Gambler there was, and his pockets were deeps
He gave an impression his lifestyle wasn’t cheap.
An uncle he was,
He was bearded like Santa Claus.
To most he was considered a mute,
But if you got to know him his jokes were a hoot.
Beer dripped from his beard,
As he began to cheer.
You know he had hundreds on the game.
Eager to celebrate a win during postgame.
With him there was a Brother,
Who happened to be my father.
Was he there for the game or the food?
He was being himself in a drunken, happy ...

She smiled to herself,
As she looked at the shelves.
She is addicted to her work and she’s never caught lounging
She was fit to cook for a king.
Although she seemed interested in the game,
She was clearly more dedicated to the meals and champagne.
One of his three sons was Matt.
Like his father he loved to chit chat.
He was autistic and could care less about the game.
He couldn’t see the importance of today; to him it was all the same.
Although misunderstood,
He couldn’t decide on the snacks they were all just too good.
His interests consisted of traffic lights, toes, and sewers.
If that’s not interesting, try to take his nose.
He’ll be certain you took it,
And in seconds he will throw a fit.
Then there was Tyler who was a twin.
He had little interest in the game because his favorite team was the redskins.
He is always on his phone, or computer
