Death is an inevitable part of life. There is no avoiding it. Death may come naturally due to old age, it may come while serving in the line of duty for the armed forces, it may come accidentally from an automobile collision, and today, death can come as a form of punishment mandated by statutes of the state. Capital punishment is used as a sentence for certain crimes committed in the State of Texas.
