There are perhaps few places in the world one could find as diverse in thought, opinion, and experience than what is universally known as "the church". Generally speaking for the purposes of this writing, I define "church" in two distinct ways; One, the lowercase `c' - church, meaning the local Christian church organization, institution, building, group meeting, culture, etc., and Two, the uppercase `C' - Church, meaning the individual and collective of people who sincerely trust in and getting to know the real person of Jesus Christ. error is the perspective people often have concerning the specific church they attend. I have observed how many think a church building is usually the only place where they can most feel God's presence (such as during the worship music), hear most what God has to say to them (from the preacher or other person), or most see God work supernatural miracles (such as speaking in tongues or physical healings)...as if this can only truly take place there. However, not only does this kind of religious position contradict the entirety of Church history, but some of the clearest teachings of the Bible itself. I will point out though, I believe God deals with us within the confines of our chosen and limited expectations, misguided as some of them may be, but that is a subject of another discussion.

to be clear in saying changed culturally and circumstantially (church), not fundamentally (Church). Do you see the difference and the importance of marking that difference?
