One of the most popular pharos of Egypt has to be King Tut, The youngest ruler of Egypt. However, one of the most interesting is without-a- doubt Cleopatra. One of the intriguing parts about her was her son Ptolemy Caesar. Ptolemy Caesar, (The son of Julius Caesar), was one of main factors in the fall of Rome. Some of the things that could be linked to Ptolemy would be Caesar's assassination, the civil war between Octavious Caesar and Mark Antony and the death of his mother Cleopatra. This essay will be based on these accusations.

been the reason for civil war. Marc Antony, (Caesar's most trusted horse master), was entitled to half of the Roman empire while sharing the other half with Octavious. Octavious and Antony made a marriage with each other which was later used to create a civil war. Octavious declared war with Egypt and the eastern side of Rome. Octavious was afraid that if ptolomey came to rule that he would be kicked off the council and not have any leadership over Rome.
Beyond the civil war, ptolomey was one of the many reasons that lead to Cleopatra's death. Cleopatra was the pharoe of Egypt and mother of Ptolomey. Not only was she with Caesar but years past she ended up as partners with Marc Antony. The civil war winded up with the death of Antony and the total rule of Rome by Octavious. After the war Egypt was brought to its knees and so was Cleopatra. Octavious forced Cleopatra to come back to Rome with him and she agreed.
