The Coca-Cola Company uses the goal drivel ethical system with a combination of duty-based ethical system. The reason is because a goal driven ethical system is because the goal of the Coca-Cola Company is to continue with the great reputation they have going. It was once said that it takes years to build a good reputation, but it takes a second to ruin it. The company has set goals and standards for each of their employees staring from the lowest position to the highest. The company has a vision of where they would be in 2020 and with that comes the goals they set for their company to achieve how they view themselves in 2020. They are encouraged to use good judgment in any decisions and to avoid any type of improper behavior. Each employee is asked to consider their actions and to ask for any guidance if they are unsure of what is right or wrong. All Coca-Cola employees are asked to seek guidance from their management, company legal counsel, local ethics officer, or the ethics, and compliance office.
