Consider The Lobster, by David Foster Wallace is an article published in 2004 that describes in depth topics about Lobsters. The article talks about the gruesome methods we use to prepare and cook Lobster. this time David Wallace describes the Lobster as an animal in pain, although Lobsters do not have a complex nervous system so they shouldn't feel pain, as humans we question this when we hear Lobsters shaking the pot trying to escape.
