In 2017, it was discovered that parts of Monica Crowley’s book, What the Bleep Just Happened, was plagiarised. Crowley who was Trump’s pick for senior director of strategic communication for the National Security Council was accused of multiple cases of plagiarism in her book. The book contains over fifty examples of plagiarism. The work includes copying with slight changes in news articles, columnists, think tank and Wikipedia.
