In watching the performance dance Brazil I was able to see a very interesting performance full of unique and interesting movements that both required extreme precision and detail. The beginning of the first part of the performance was very unexpected in the sense of how they smoothly came out on stage. In addition to this the way in which they moved slowly in the air gave of the feeling as if reality had slowed down and caused them to move at a much slower pace as if they were floating. In general through the various types of movements they were able to give the feeling of a slow motion film where they would fight at a very smooth pace .

In general they moved in a way that may have represented the flow of yin and yang, expressing that both were opposite movements in intentions but at the same time connected and dependant on each other to fulfill the feeling of the this part of the choreography.
Later on during that same second portion of the performance I was able to see that the dancers kept on making these movements that characterized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but instead of it being as if they were trying to fight against each other, they were making very similar movements making sure that they were all being done the same way. They did all of this in a very particular way that demonstrated that their movements were completely uniform even to the slightest detail and that for that moment in time they were no longer various dancers but just one in various bodies simultaneously.
