changing the world have provided short-term luxuries, when it comes to the big picture of preserving the earth’s natural resources for years to come, humans have failed. The number of natural resources that have been used in the past twenty years has more than out numbered the amount used in the 4.6 billion years prior. Humans have chopped down countless acres of trees, used up tons and tons of fossil fuels, and polluted the air and water systems. The way humans have been using the earth cannot continue. Unless there are drastic changes made quickly, the earth will run out of resources and will no longer be able to sustain life.
The earth’s natural resources are being used up much faster than they can be reproduced, and the economies of many of the world’s countries are in turmoil. This has led us to being in a state of a global crisis.
