from the early 1900's until present day to see how much has changed between the role of women and men in the workplace. Now I am researching and observing how gender roles changed in the workplace and at home. It has proven to me that things have changed dramatically, although still has a long way to go. Although women for the most part have gotten out of that perceived role of just staying home and taking care of the kids, today's women can have it all, a career and time for a family. I chose to do my interviews this way because it gave me a better understanding of how the person is feeling given the situation that they are in. I would like to interview people that I see walking around with their children during the day, mostly being male. For the interview process I interviewed a male and female to get both perspectives.
