Anxiety disorders can have a huge effect on someone and their daily lives. An anxiety disorder is characterized by excessive anxiety. Most people ignore it, but sometimes if you ignore the fact that it is happening, it can just get worse. Anxiety can cause people to become anxious, or feel nervous when faced with a problem. Anxiety disorders differ greatly because they can cause such distress that it interferes with a person’s ability to lead a normal life. People that have anxiety disorders are in a constant state of fear, and are overwhelmed.

uneasiness, obsessive thoughts, flashbacks of traumatic events, nightmares, problems sleeping, cold or sweaty hands and/or feet, shortness of breath, inability to be still or calm, dry mouth, numbness or tingling in the hands or feet, nausea, muscle tension, and dizziness.
