Today was not just another day of digging graves. This certain grave that my partner and I were digging was one for the Ophelia herself. There was one question that put me to a test, which was set forth by my partner. “Is she to be buried in Christian burial, when she willfully seeks her own salvation?” that was the question. All I thought was that whatever the crowner says is usually the verdict. I’ve never really thought that maybe there could be another reason for her death. As soon as I was old enough to understand how life was for me, I went to work. At the age of 6 I was out on the streets offering my services to any whom would need them. I can still remember my first job cleaning up after horses. I would stay in the stables all day long digging up the foul-smelling mess of the animals. Oh, how the days went by. After many years of the same cleaning I decided it was time to move on. Now at 11 I started in the construction of houses. Digging and moving wood and blocks I became almost an expert.
