China is known to be one of the largest traders because how well defined their empire is. Because China has their own local productive system in the 1600 and 1700, which allow them to live outside the world system because they have the reliable resources to produce, manufactures, and sell goods. China also has partnerships and share imports with other large trading countries such as Japan, Europe, and the United States. The World system does not compare to china ways of trade because their way of making goods and profiting from what they manufacture recycles in their country.
