Hollywood Beach FL.

Crashing waves, swaying palm trees, sand castles, families and couples scattered along the white grainy sand are all things that can be seen at my favorite place; the beach.
The sun shining high above, hitting the water making it seem as if there were thousands of tiny crystals dancing upon the surface of the water. White foam caps each wave like a crown. Little rainbows glisten through the prisms of the oceans spray. The waves looking almost innocent as they collide and crash over one another, then quickly disappear. The sand seems as if it is never-ending. When looking at the ongoing stretch of sand to my left or right it seems that it could continue for miles and miles until it reached the end of the earth. Random pieces of seaweed drift in from the ocean, sprinkled along the shoreline. And if you were to walk by and see a piece laying on the sand you might mistake it for an unknown sea animal. Seagulls soar gracefully above, roaming the area, screeching and begging for food from visitors nearby. Crabs crawl sideways trying to avoid the people that are invading their homes. Clouds full like cotton candy are speckled through the sky, but not threatening to the people below. Children and their families playing in the coarse tan colored sand, creating mermaids, mermen, and castles fit for royalty. The children go back and forth to their sandcastle and water to collect the salty liquid to make moats and to help bond the sand together to make taller, stronger roofs and walls for each ...
