Hooliganism has to do with fans and how they act. This video shows hooliganism in soccer and primarily in Europe. The video goes into lots of details about how hooligans act. The police have a very tough job. It is very hard to stop hooligans. This is because there are usually a large number of hooligans. The police do not want to escalate the situation. They wan to get the situation under control and get everyone out to safety. If the police are to step in during a hooliganism group they people will start fighting the police.
