Deal with internal migration. The increase in the rural migration can be partially explained with the country's rapid population growth, land issues, ranging from land grabbing to the small size of land plots, decreased productivity caused by soil deterioration, and loss of land for a variety of different reasons, forcing people out to look for alternative livelihoods. Migrant populations are more difficult to identify and redirect into formal school programmes. In addition, the migrant children are not able to access formal education that is why the Government should be considers as well.
