On the internet these are bomb/drug formulas, racist pages and pornography, as well as others. Racist pages can teach kids not to be open minded and teach them about racism and what racism is all about, these pages teach and promote. You probably would not want a child you know looking at these. Pornography is the most common of these that you will find on the internet and this is as easy to access as any other thing found on the internet. There is no law against any of these things because of the right of information and the freedom of speech.
