Ty Kopath is accused of breaking and entering, torture, and murder and has even given a confession to the crime. Unfortunately, law states that before an arrest takes place the officer must read the suspect’s Miranda Rights. It does not matter how much evidence you obtain for the case, if the Miranda Rights were not read to the suspect all charges must be dropped. There is not much you can do in this case because it is the police who dropped the ball. The reason it was created was so the defendant did not incriminate themselves accidently and understand that they have the right to remain silent and not speak without the presence of an attorney.
