The contemporary moral problem that I chose to analyze is whether to legalize gay marriage in every state. In every moral issue you are likely to fins two or more sides to it. There are two sides to this issue, the side of the pro of it and the side of the con of this issue. If gay marriage were to be legalized in every state, the pro side would be happy and able to have a family of their own, and the con side would be unhappy and unable to accept this people due to their religious beliefs. The problem with legalizing gay marriage is that there are people that think that being homosexual is wrong, and recognizing the marriage of a gay couple would be a terrible thing. Most of the people that are against homosexuals getting married support their ideas with religious beliefs. The people in the con side think that loving someone of your same gender is a sin, and so gay couples should not exist much less gay marriage should be legalized.

On the other hand, there are the people in pro side, the homosexual people, who love their partner as much as a heterosexual person does, the family, and friends of this homosexual people. In the pro side not only the homosexual people suffer by not being able to have a recognized union in all the states, but also the family and friends suffer as much as they do since they go through everything with their loved ones. Its been told that the gay couples have the same rights as the heterosexual couples, but it is also argued by the gays ...
