Jack and the beast
Jack created the idea of a mysterious beast that no one has seen in order to make the members of his gang fearful. By instilling fear, Jack tries to make himself out to be a better leader than Ralph by offering his gang protection from the beast. By constantly alluding to the beast and reminding the boys of the existence of a beast, Jack can control them in two ways. One, he can control where they go (and don't go) and he can make sure that they stay true to him for protection instead of defecting to Ralph's team.

position declines precipitously while Jack's rises. Eventually, most of the boys except Piggy leave Ralph's group for Jack's, and Ralph is left alone to be hunted by Jack's tribe. Ralph's commitment to civilization and morality is strong, and his main wish is to be rescued and returned to the society of adults. In a sense, this strength gives Ralph a moral victory at the end of the novel, when he casts the Lord of the Flies to the ground and takes up the stake it is impaled on to defend himself against Jack's hunters
I think Ralph is the one that is more like me because I'm athletic charismatic I can be a good leader and I do think a lot in the consequences and I am very flendly that is why I chose Ralph
