This past Sunday marked the 45 anniversary of Malcolm X's famous "By Any Means Necessary" speech he made after his pilgrimage to Mecca. Why has "By Any Means Necessary" been looked at as Malcolm x's greatest work?

Prior to his pilgrimage to Mecca, Malcolm X found that the Black Community was divided. The division of the community set a national stage for an rivalry that still is being debated today.
