REFLECTION:

As I am studying the Chapter 1, there was really one clause that caught my attention and it is the "to make rules for the government of the land and naval forces". So, out of curiosity I did a research about this clause, I found out that this clause belongs to Dakota S. Rudesill and it was written on August 18, 2017. In Dakota's paper, it says that although the common assumption is that this Land and Naval Forces Clause is a single enumerated power, this article theorizes the Clause as providing Congress two powers: a well-recognized Internal Regulation power over military justice and other internal affairs of the national security apparatus, and also an External Government power over operations.
