Mormonism

Mormonism, or also known as the Church of the Latter-Day Saints, is a religion that came about in 1830. Mormonism was founded by Joseph Smith, in the 19th century in Western New York. Joseph Smith was the first prophet and president of the Mormon Church. When Joseph Smith was murdered in 1844, a man named Brigham Young, migrated with the followers of Mormonism to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1847, because they feared for their lives. Mormons are people that believe in God just like Christians.
