However, the Netherlands does legalize drugs and that does not appear to be the solution. How are these countries trying to solve the problem of drugs?

The Dutch policy concerning drugs is different from that of the United States and many other countries.[1] The problems with drugs are as serious in Netherlands as it is in the United States.
