I did feel really prepared coming in actually. I was always around it throughout my childhood. My dad and grandpa both did it and it was something I had got comfortable with. I wish that I would have gone through college and get all of my necessary degrees. If I had done the college route I would have never had to work my way up the totem pole. I also wouldn't have ever had to work out in the field doing back breaking work.

Do ya'll usually allow students to come shadow for a day?
