The celebration of Passover with “Kosher” foods is meant to recreate the situation that the Hebrews experienced in the Passover story. Jews around the world celebrate and continue the oral tradition of Passover by retelling the Passover story to their children so that they can continue the tradition of the Hebrews down throughout their family. Another way of celebration is the Passover Seder, which is the festive meal, celebrated on the first two nights of the Passover holiday. Pesach, more commonly referred to as Passover, is the most commonly observed Jewish holy day.
