It has been debated many times throughout the years on whether are not the penny should be banned. The penny is a representation of former president Abraham Lincoln. Finding a penny heads up on the street has been rumored to be signs of good luck, and when one finds a penny on a sidewalk or in a parking lot, joy is brought upon their face. The penny has been a constant reminder of history and the value that comes from it. The penny should continue to stay apart of the everyday Americans lives and serve as they do.
