Pollution in the world today poses one of the most dangerous threats to human kind that man has ever known. This problem occurs nearly everywhere in the world, and eastern Europe is no exception. In fact, eastern Europe has been cited as particularly bad with regard to pollution. The causes of environmental problems and the actual problems that were caused are the first subject that must be explored. Air pollution is by far the most serious pollution problem is eastern Europe.
