Transcendentalism Project: Saving Paper, Saving Grace

Recycling is truly transcendental; God is in everything, therefore we should conserve what we take from nature and control what goes back into the Earth. For my project, I chose two specific actions I do on a daily basis and changed them so that they would be friendly to the environment. Being driven in a car everywhere, and using plastic and styrofoam at each meal without recycling them; these small things could affect the planet in the long term. plastic and styrofoam without recycling them can also be harmful to the environment because the accumulation of such things including plastic and paper can lead to chemicals and waste being absorbed into the ground. This project is transcendental because God is in nature; the ground and atmosphere. We must control what we emit that is not natural and what we use that unbalances the fragile interdependence of all objects because it is made by God. I chose this project because I do not believe in being wasteful of any resource-like intelligence-and this should relate to all aspects of my life. I was so set on achieving other goals that I left the basics disorganized and this project gave me the boost I needed to make a change. With just a little effort, I can do my part to preserve God's gift to us; the Earth.
