Selecting a particular major to enter the college or university after we have graduated from senior high school is not easy. Many students still do not know and get confused about their own desire. This can happen because sometimes the majors, whom they want, are not available in Indonesia or in their city. The other problems, which usually happen, are about their awareness of their chosen majors. The students may choose one of the majors because they follow their friends or their parents asked them to get into that major.

Choosing a major should be thorough consideration. One other thing to consider is our passion. When the students determinate what majors will be selected, the students should do self-introspection. Think and remember, what is our passion? Everyone has his or her own passion respectively. Anyone have passion in the field of journalism, literature, finance, art, science, and so on. That passion should be explored and realized. After realizing it, the students adjust and select majors that exact to their passion. If students do not know exactly about their own passion, at least we know what they love. Usually with a sense of love that they have, they will be motivated to choose a major related to what they love.
