I will ask them how they approach the counselor role, and how the type of counselor varies. Also, I will ask if they felt if their counselors over the years acted more as a camper’s friend, or just as a person in charge. I will ask Robert, the leader of the camp, what advice he gives his counselors to ensure the best camp experience for the campers.
