The second highest reason for teenage deaths is homicide. Teenage homicide has gone from the inner cities to suburbs. Homicide in teens has overall increased dramatically; many of the stories you read about homicide in the newspapers are committed by teens. Why?
Homicide victimization rates for teenagers and young adults increased while the rates for older age groups dramatically decreased.
