In the photo there are four people. A older woman, two smaller figures (most likely her children) and a baby in the womans arms. They are wearing very ragged clothing and they look generally unkempt. These details work to emphasize the subjects poor financial condition. The wrinkles in the older womans face show how she has been exposed to the elements (sun, wind etc.) and how she likely moves around a lot. The camera has been angled head-on to the woman; to put us on her level and make us sympathize with her condition. The woman is acting depressed and anxious. the photo a depressing feeling. Like the previous photo there are four people in this one. An older woman and three younger children. However unlike the previous photo a long shot has been chosen for this one. This gives us information on the location of the photo. Its surrounded by a very barren area. The woman is slumped over a chair and seems surrendered to whatever is about to happen to her. The photographer chose an eye-level camera angle for this shot. However I think that a high angle would have worked better to make the subjects look insignificant and powerless.

Like the previous two photos, this one also a very sad atmosphere. In this photo there is a man. He is slumped over a railing. This gives him the impression of someone who is tired and defeated. The fact that there is a railing implies that there is a significant drop on the other side. The man could be contemplating suicide.
