Tragic Flaw In Odysseus
Since the time when stories have been written down and acted out, we have had heros. These heros were to save the day and live happily ever after. They are sometimes invincible, affected by nothing, then completing their goal. But this is not true among all heros. Some heros have a problem, almost always tiny. Just one weakness that can bring about their demise, or put them close to the grip of death. This is called a tragic flaw. If found, the antagonist can use it against the hero, or the hero may use it upon themselves. This flaw can turn a hero into a tragic hero, meeting their demise by the end of the story.

them, a few at a time. Odysseus blinds the cyclops, telling him his name is nohbdy, or nobody. So as the cyclops cries out that he has been blinded, the other cyclops ask:
“Polyphemos? Why do you cry so sore in the starry night? You will not let us sleep. Sure no mans driving off your flock? No man has tricked you, ruined you?'/ 'Nohbdy, Nohbdy's tricked me, Nohbdy's ruined me! '/'Ah well, if nobody has played you foul there in your lonely bed, we are no use in pain...”
