If you do not like young people then you should probably find another job; when you are a coach you are usually coaching people that are much younger than you, which is the case at the scholastic level anyway. I have also had my fair share of coaches good and bad through out my life time and I have learned what a good coach can do for a team and what a bad coach can do for that same team.
During my internship for senior project, I was the assistant coach for the eighth grade boys’ volleyball team in the late winter season at Woodland Middle School.
