In the trouble stage was some awkward tension forming despite being acquainted already. The methods we used to resolve primary tension were being optimistic, smiling, and having patience and understanding. As the situation deteriorated, forming failed. After our break, we failed to form again. There was so much uneasiness in the room that we skipped the forming stage completely. As a result, the group lost perspective, becoming aggravated and argumentative to the extent that we were unable to reach the norming or performing stages.
