As a world superpower we are at the forefront of world technology. The United States strives to provide an example as the nation with the most control over current issues. Abortion exists as one of the most highly debated topics of the present time. As we continue to lead the world into the 21st century, both ideology and technology have to be taken into account. overview. Despite the overwhelming 80% majority of South Africans who do not support the practice of committing an abortion it has recently become legalized and protected by the law. The action of legalizing abortion in South Africa provides insight into the values and objectives of the South African government. The ANC (African National Council) is surely attempting to demonstrate its political influence on the people of South Africa, forcing them to submit regardless of their personal beliefs. Clearly this shouldn't be.
The same scale of benefits that monetarily provides for various surgical procedures also supports the funding of abortion. One of these subsidiaries is the Medical Aid Fund. With this particular policy, taxpayers are forced to contribute to the procedure of abortion. Because they strongly believe this is morally wrong, a collective outcry has developed from the people of South Africa opposing the implementation of the Termination of Pregnancy Bill.
