In the beginning of animal farm, Old Major calls a meeting in the big barn. He tells the animals of a wish he has had. His wish was that all the animals live together and for there to be no humans to control them. All the animals seemed to like old Majors idea. A couple of days later old major dies and the three younger pigs (pigs, because they where considered the smartest animals in the farm) Napoleon, squealer and snowball took Old majors idea and called it Animalism.
