There are many differences between the qualities of art and art-making in European American or European influenced women's cultures from those in Native American cultures. Some of the art the Europeans Americans consider "museum worthy", was originally made by Native Americans as spiritual yet household staple. In every culture art has a different function, especially between European and Native Americans. The reasons why people make art also differs between the two cultures; therefore causing people of the two cultures to make and value art for different reasons.
