Boeing is currently the largest exporter in the United States and serves as NASA's contractor. The company's total company revenues for 2002 were $54.1 billion. This paper serves as an application of the operations management concepts, providing a detailed SWOT analysis of the Boeing Company. This paper will pinpoint the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in an effort to determine the company's sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) over its competitors.
