This could lead to seizures, lethargy, vomiting and irritability and eye injuries, extreme cases could lead to coma or even death. You don’t have to be a bad mother to do this to your child just one day you could be feed up with the child and when it won’t stop crying you can’t control your self and you start shaking the child. To help prevent this situation you should when feeling frustrated or overwhelmed place the child down in a safe place and take a couple minutes to breath and call a neighbor or relative to give them a break. After doing so you could also get some help in trying to manage your frustration. This syndrome is none as a hidden because when this occurs there is no signs of bruises, cuts or burns. They usually find out by CT scan or may find a clue in the bulging of the soft spot of the top of the baby's head.1
