A very important issue in America is the care of the children. The majority of the households in America consist of either single working parents or both parents working outside the home. This leads to the issue of finding quality . Companies should provide on site assistance as an employee benefit. This could alleviate the stress and complications associated with finding and maintaining quality . Employees, in return, would be more loyal and productive workers.
The parents must consider many factors when seeking adequate . For instance: location, curriculum, disciplinary procedures, staff selection, security and most importantly the cost and methods of payments.

An on site center would allow parents the opportunity to drop in unannounced more frequently to observe the staff interacting with their children.
Another factor to consider is the staff selection process. An on site facility could allow parents the opportunity to share in the responsibility of . Employees could be involved in the process through an advisory committee that screens all applicants. The on site facility may open job positions to spouses of the employees creating a close family atmosphere amongst employees and employers.
