This paper will discuss and analyze the South China Sea issues between Indonesia and China focusing on how Indonesia is dealing with China's incursions into its northern waters from the Natuna Islands. Given the fact that Indonesia is a non-claimant state on the so called nine dash line boundary claimed by China, the paper will discuss and analyze four major areas of the issue at hand.
