It allows one to focus on many areas of business management as well as different aspects of the service industry. It is one of the few fields that combine, travel, with food and beverage studies as well as public service. I believe that a career in hotel management will allow me to provide a service to others while fulfilling my desire to grow and advance professionally in a field that has a wide range of levels. A career in hotel management will allow me to travel, which is something I have always enjoyed doing. It will also provide me with a diverse group of contacts which is something I believe is important as a life skill builder.

The reason I want to pursue my education at Cornell University is the strong hotel management program that is offered. Cornell Hotel Management classes are reputed to set their students up to understand the real world of hotel management.
