Crash The Movie

We saw the movie Crash and I had no idea that this movie would make me feel so sad for people all over the world. This movie had a strong message to our class and every human being who has seen the movie. It´s a movie about racism, power, fear, love and hope. I think this is a movie everyone needs to see to realize how mean and disparaging a person can be to another human creature. And I hope after seeing this movie that we will treat anyone even if the person is black, Chinese, white, long, short, fat or skinny the same. I have decided to write about two linking episodes in the movie with a little girl called Laura, her father Daniel Ruiz and a store owner called Farhad.

a neighborhood where bullets flew right past there window and one time a bullet even flew right through Laura´s window. That’s the reason to that she laid below her bed, fear was the reason.
Daniel stood beside her bed and started to tell Laura a story about an invisible protective cape that had protected him for many years. He started to tie up the invisible cape around his throat and gave it to Laura. He tied it around her neck and tells her that “this cape will protect you now” she removes her hair from her back, letting her father tie the cape around her neck. I think this is a big sign of love between father and the daughter and even a sign of fear and generosity. This is also a part that touched my heart deeply. Because Daniel didn´t tell Laura to stop being scared instead he helped her to find a way to overcome her fear.
Like I said was Daniel a locksmith, he went to a shop to fix the locks on a door. The problem was not the locks it was the door, but the owner Farhad ...
