Cannabis, as it is known to scientists, has quickly become the world’s most commonly used illegal drug. Even though the effects of this drug are far less harmful than tobacco and alcohol, it is still not currently legal in any country. Some countries, however, have taken, in my opinion, the proper approach to such a drug; decriminalization.
