although some where confused as to why call it due process instead of something familiar like law of the land. By 1791, majority of the states incorporated the due process in their own constitutions. By the 19[th] century the due process was transformed because there were many experiments being made with new readings of the constitutional law and the provisions of the land. Eventually due process rights were embraced by the American lawyers and judges who use them.
Additionally, rule of law may be considered a foundation. Rule of law means that the government must exercise its power in agreement that all the written regulations, legal principles, and rules people must follow. This means fairness with a set of rules that everyone must abide by; its to find the boundary between freedom, expression, liberty, and everything we want to do and if we are hurting others.
