Everyone has rights whether agreeing with them or not. There is a set state of laws and rules that we as the people must follow. Though they were created a long time ago things have changed. There are many different viewpoints as to why certain laws and rules should be changed. Today I will be speaking on "due process rights" and "rule of law".
To begin with due process rights is different from rule of law. Due process rights mean that an individual cannot be deprived from their liberty, life, or property without going through the correct legal procedures. By the 19[th] century the due process was transformed because there were many experiments being made with new readings of the constitutional law and the provisions of the land. Additionally, rule of law may be considered a foundation. Rule of law means that the government must exercise its power in agreement that all the written regulations, legal principles, and rules people must follow.
